The outdoor area 92sqm includes a swimming pool 7.70*3.2m, a deck area with 6 sunbeds a dining area and a lounge area.
On the ground floor 82 sqm you can find the kitchen a 3 seater island, 8-seat dining table a living room area with a flat-screen tv and guest bathroom.
