The closest airport is Larnaca International Airport. This is just a 40- minute drive from the villa.
About Protaras
Protaras is located on the southeast coast of Cyprus, and it is one of the islands best destinations. The islands most beautiful award-winning sandy beaches with crystal waters are located all around the area perfect for sea lovers. Furthermore, the area is full of amazing restaurants, taverns and traditional pubs that serve from fresh fish to your favourite local wine!

Things to Do in Protaras
Protaras is small and easy to get around, so most of what you will want to see is a short drive from the villas. Here are the places we recommend to family and friends, with the time it takes to get there by car.
Beaches near the villas
You do not have to go far. Vrysoudia Beach is a 1-minute walk from the garden and Serena Bay Beach is a 3-minute walk. Pernera Beach and Louma Beach are about 5 minutes away by car. Fig Tree Bay, the best-known beach in Protaras, is about 10 minutes away. There is a small island just off the beach that is great for snorkelling. For a quieter swim, Konnos Bay is a sheltered cove inside Cape Greco park, about 15 minutes from the villas.
Cape Greco National Forest Park
About 20 minutes by car, Cape Greco is the rocky headland at the south-eastern tip of Cyprus. Walking and cycling paths run along the cliffs, past the sea caves, the natural rock bridge of Kamara tou Koraka and the little chapel of Ayioi Anargyroi above the water. Go early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when it is cooler and the light over the sea is beautiful.
Profitis Ilias (Saint Elias) church
The small church of Profitis Ilias sits on top of a rocky hill in Protaras, about 10 minutes from the villas. Climb the steps for one of the best views over Protaras and the bay, especially at sunset.
Protaras Ocean Aquarium
A good morning out with children, about 5 minutes by car (around 2 km). You can see fish, turtles, penguins and crocodiles, and it gets you out of the sun on a hot day.
Ayia Napa
About 20 minutes away, Ayia Napa has the old Ayia Napa Monastery in the centre of town, the Thalassa sea museum, the WaterWorld water park and the famous Nissi Beach. In the evening the town fills up with restaurants, bars and clubs, and the drive back to the villa is short.
Paralimni
Paralimni, the local town, is about 10 minutes away. It has supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and traditional tavernas, and its main square, with its churches and shady cafés, is a nice place for a coffee.
